no terminal? no judgment. the 30-second version:
who
i'm tim waldin, software engineer at lindy in san francisco. i optimize production ai agents — evals, prompt optimization, and an online scoring system that grades millions of agent traces a week.
the open-source suite
- harness — one interface to 13 coding-agent CLIs, so you never have to learn 13 sets of flags.
- hone — GEPA prompt optimizer. +20pp solve rate on bugs it never trained on.
- flt — multi-agent orchestrator for running fleets of coding agents.
- agentelo — Bradley-Terry coding-agent leaderboard: 155 combos run on ~1B tokens ($642); ships a 148-agent baseline snapshot.
the story
i built the suite in the open, and then i got a job at lindy — i took a leave of absence from purdue for it.
